In the judgement of May 12th, 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "liability for links" the Landgericht (LG) Hamburg (regional court) has decided that by setting a link one would be partly responsible for the contents of the linked page if necessary. This may only be prevented - so the LG says - by dissociating oneself explicitly from these contents. With this, we explicitly dissociate ourselves from all contents of all linked pages on the whole website of the 1dok.org society and we do not adopt these contents.
